Cypress Post Delivery Policy

All of your Cypress Post orders will be couriered to your specified location, following your instructions about delivery.

In every instance, Cypress Post will do their utmost to ensure prompt delivery of your order, however, this will be subject to payment being received in full. In most cases, your order will be received within 5 working days Australia wide, with the majority being delivered within two working days following the date of your order.

If we are out of stock of any of your ordered items, another product of equivalent value will be substituted at our discretion.

Delivery to remote country areas may constitute additional freight fees, and may be subject to longer delivery lead times.

Cypress Post Refund Policy

DAMAGED GOODS
Cypress Post will replace goods that have been damaged in transit. We would ask that you, the customer, report such breakage to Cypress Post (preferably via email info@cypress post.com.au.) within 24 hours.

Please keep the necks of the broken bottles (with the closure intact ? foil, cork, screwcap, crown seal etc) as proof of the damage. If you are receiving the delivery in person, do not accept damaged goods. Cypress Post will send a replacement order without further delay or cost to the customer.

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Cypress Post provides a special delivery instruction window on your online order form. If you are unable to receive the wine in person, please consider your special delivery instructions very carefully. Once our couriers have delivered the order according to your instructions, ie. please leave wine on front porch if no one is home, the wine becomes your responsibility. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages in this instance. Please consider an alternative delivery address ie. your workplace, whereby we can ensure that your wine will be delivered safely and received in person.

INCORRECT WINE CHOICES
Please consider your wine selection very carefully before ordering. Cypress Post will not replace wine that is simply gnot to your tasteh. If you are unsure about a wine and would like further information, you can contact us on email info@cypress post.com.au.

INCORRECT DELIVERY

If Cypress Post has delivered the incorrect wine, the order will be replaced within the shortest possible time period, and without additional cost to the customer. Please choose carefully and check your order form thoroughly. Cypress Post are unable to exchange wine that the customer has incorrectly ordered.

Privacy

Protection of your privacy and personal information is a right under Federal law. We hope the following information will help you understand how Cypress Post collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide on our website. If you browse Cypress Post, you do so anonymously. We don't collect personal information or information about your computer. We do not collect information about how you use our website. At times we may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, such as your email address, postal address, etc for purposes such as corresponding with us or making a purchase and this information will be stored in a database. All reasonable steps will be taken to preserve the integrity and security of this information. This information will not, under any circumstances, be divulged to a third party.

If you provide us with your e-mail address, we may send you electronic communications detailing new products and offers. At any time, customers can choose not to receive these communications by simply unsubscribing. All e-mail offers received from Cypress Post will tell you how to decline further e-mail offers.

We are aware that the Cypress Post website may be viewed by persons under the age of 18 but it is not our intention, nor will it be our practice, to solicit information from them. Cypress Post must make it clear that IT IS AN OFFENCE TO SELL OR SUPPLY TO OR TO OBTAIN LIQUOR ON BEHALF OF A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.

WARNING
Under the Queensland Liquor Act 1992 ,the Liquor Regulation 2002, The Wine Industry Act 1994 and the Wine Industry Regulation 1995, it is an offence:
- to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6,000)
- for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $500)

Security

It is safe to pay by credit card on the internet.

No one sees your credit card details. It is safer than handing over a credit card in a restaurant. Cypress Post utilises SSL ( Secure Socket Layer) technology to process credit card payment information.

If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information any part of our web site is holding about you, you may request your details of that information by writing to us at the address below. We will endeavour to provide you with the Information within three working days. If you wish to correct or update your information, please do so by post to the address below.
