The Olsen family boasts a strong botanical and conservation background
continuing with the next generation. Blending science and caring for the
environment mean that the vineyard operations continue to be carefully
considered every day.
A resolute desire to care for the flora and fauna of this remarkable
region places a strong hand on the management of the vineyard. Land for
Wildlife registration was an important part of the path that will be trod
over the unfolding years.
