Since inception, Luxury Wines has been an ardent supporter of organic farming and local produce in Brisbane. This not only enhanced the flavour of the produce but also created jobs in Brisbane.
What We Do
Wine Traditions
Our team takes special care of the timing of harvesting grapes as it determines the acidity, sweetness, and flavour of the wine. Everything is pre planned keeping in mind the weather conditions and condition of the crop. Also they supervise that grapes are handpicked the old school way as use of machines can be tough on grapes and the vineyard. Now the produce is taken to the winery where it is sorted into bunches and rotten or under ripe grapes are removed. Now with the use of machines the grapes are stomped into juice containing all the pulp, called must. The use of machines is introduced at this step to maintain hygiene standards and increase the longevity and quality of wine. The process differs for white wines from the red ones. Our team supervises the entire process of fermentation, clarification and bottling. We have our own well equipped cellars to store wine for ageing. All this requires a lot of expertise as the goal is to achieve the highest standards for our award winning wines. We leave no stone unturned to ensure best quality and hygiene standards to create the masterpieces.
