Our Professional
Sommelier’s
Anna Smith is also one of our senior sommeliers. She plays the key role of keeping us updated about the latest wine trends as she is a regular at formal premium wine tasting, trade fair and shows. Approach her if you are adventurous and want to try something new.
Isabella Thompson is the co-owner of Luxury Wines. She brings scientific approach to the process of wine making. She has the Masters degree of Viticulture and Oenology from university of Adelaide. She is the guide and mentor to the team at Luxury Wines.
Mark Zimmerman, our senior sommeliers, has an extensive knowledge about wine. He is an expert in the field of wine making and his education about grape varieties and region along with harvest times, climate, soil and overall wine making process is a bonus to our team.
